A Sparkling Christmas
The magic of Christmas enters the castle in a flourish of lights and with magical and amazing staging and scenery highlighted by magnificent vegetal structures. The big Christmas tree takes pride of place in the banquet hall where the lord’s table shines with lights and colours.

The Scribe’s Workshop
Visitors discover the world of calligraphy and can create their own personalized greeting card! (in French)

Narrated tour
Tender and amusing, this tour led by an actress draws children into a marvelous tale! For children from 4 to 8 years old (length:45 min) (in French).

Falconry show
This show brings back to life the centuries old art of falconry. Following the demonstration, visitors have the chance to talk with the falconer and even meet those fascinating birds (in French).

Special rate for Heritage days : Adult : 8,50€

To ensure the safety of animals, dogs are not allowed in the park on falconry show days.
The falconry show can be adapted according to the weather conditions (rain, heat wave…).
We advise you to present yourself at the reception of the castle at least 20 min before the start of the show (once the show started, there is no additional admission).

« Dancing in the Renaissance » – 500 years of Renaissances in Centre Val de Loire
Two rooms in the castle serve as a showcase for the music and dances of the Renaissance, putting them into an historical perspective with a presentation of old musical instruments

Un été riche en animations se pro le à l’horizon du château de Langeais… Pas de pirates en vue, mais dame Jehanne de Kermeur et son capitaine qui recrutent un homme d’arme et actionnent le pont-levis, et la reine Anne de Bretagne qui donne audience en son château…
